We know that no matter which big health system is in charge, it will be US here at the bedside taking care of patients, making sure rooms are clean, folks are fed, and call lights are answered.

    What is the SEIU Legacy Leadership Academy?

    It’s a program that is designed for Legacy members to learn how to take charge of what is happening in their worksites. This is for both new and experienced members! You will learn skills that are needed to build a strong worksite at Legacy. We will be training on how to be more effective with your coworkers and management, including how to make the hospital staffing committee work for your hospital. This an 8-week hybrid program with biweekly meetings that will start this May. Nominate yourself or a coworker!
