Let’s build union power! Non-union workers are organizing at record levels. The more healthcare workers that are united in SEIU 49, the more we can accomplish together.

They need to hear from you! Become a trained SEIU 49 member organizer or build on the training you already have.

Participants will be trained on the basics of the organizing conversation; leadership development; planning and facilitation of meetings and actions, all while obtaining a deeper understanding of how workers build power and raise standards through organizing and direct action.
