R-E-S-P-E-C-T:
Coalition Demands Full 2024 PSP
Another year, another broken promise from Kaiser.
During bargaining, we agreed to PSP goals that Kaiser promised they could—and would – provide data on. But here we are, a year later, with just two updates for all of 2024, and looking at 7-month-old blood pressure data!
Our PSP work improves care, and when KP keeps us in the dark, it’s not just unfair to us—it’s a disservice to our patients.
We count on PSP to support our families and thrive. In our last contract, we simplified the payout structure to avoid last-minute uncertainty like this. But now, because of Kaiser’s data games, payouts could drop as low as $300 in the Mid-Atlantic or $700 in Northern California.
This is more than just a payout; this is about respect. It’s about holding KP to their word and making sure they deliver on the promises they made to us. Kaiser broke their promises, moved the goalposts, and expected us just to accept it. Well, we won’t.
Our hard work deserves better, and we’re standing together to demand what’s right.
