It is time to negotiate our first contract! It is important that you fill out this survey so that we can:

1. Hear from Officers about what is most important to you and what changes you would like to see in the contract
2. Nominate your Bargaining Team. The Bargaining Team is the group of Officers who will work to negotiate the contract with Inter-Con to try and reach an Agreement that meets what Officers indicate are their top goals

Bargaining Team Election!

The bargaining team is made up of the members chosen by their coworkers to represent them. The bargaining team will collectively make decisions, including deciding to recommend a Tentative Agreement or strike during negotiations.

If there is anyone at your site you trust to go to with problems, even if they have not been active in our union before, please consider nominating them for the bargaining team. You may also nominate yourself.

We need trusted Officers who will fairly represent their coworkers. Who is that person at your site?
