What is the SEIU Leadership Academy?

It’s a program that is designed for SEIU members to learn how to take charge of what is happening in their worksites. This is for both new and experienced members! You will learn skills that are needed to build a strong worksite. We will be training on how to be more effective with your coworkers and management, including how to make the hospital staffing committee work for your hospital. This is a 4-day academy that will be held May 19–22. If you have any questions, please reach out to your organizer!
