  • SENIORITY: how long you’ve worked for ABM is your “seniority.” Many things, such as layoffs and overtime assignments, are decided by seniority. For a few situations, our current union contract is not clear.

    The bargaining team will work with the union organizer to negotiate the new contract.  It should be made up of the most trusted and respected custodians.

    Please write the names of up to 4 people you respect and trust to negotiate in everyone’s best interest.  Voting will be held via text during the week of July 14th.
