    Complete the survey and membership card attached to ensure that our voices are heard and our contract refl ects the needs of employees at Providence St. Vincent as well as the patients we care for. Our contract survey is used to identify and prioritize issues at our hospital. Your elected bargaining team will use the information collected to identify solutions in preparation for bargaining proposals.

    STEP 1: BECOME AN OFFICIAL MEMBER
    Our ability to win a good contract depends on the strength of our organization. By joining our union we bring our unity and a strong message to the bargaining table. Union dues only start after we vote to ratify our contract.

    STEP 2: COMPLETE THIS SURVEY
    Completed surveys will be compiled and reviewed by our bargaining team and contract action team before our proposals are developed and brought to members for a vote. Then we will bring them to management at the bargaining table.
