  • Bargaining Team Election!

  • The bargaining team is made up of the members chosen by their coworkers to represent them. They will collectively decide to recommend a Tentative Agreement or Strike during negotiations.

    Our team will be made up of union members onsite. The top nominees will have the opportunity to serve on the team. If two members get the same number of votes, there will be a run-off election. 

  • Nominate one member in each category, even if you do not work in that department. Only nominate members who work in the department.

  • Bargaining Team and survey results for Washougal will be announced Tuesday, August 19, at 2:30pm and 3:40pm in the Gatehouse
