1) Wages—Our wages are set by the airport union policy that workers helped win, it means we have guaranteed wage increases every year, so it is not something that we will be able to make a lot of changes around in bargaining. However, if you could make changes and improvements on wages, what would be most important for to you to change? Please check all that apply.

2) Paid Time Off—Our Paid Time Off is also set by the union policy that workers helped win, but if you could make an improvement in PTO, what would be most important to you?
3) Healthcare—In 2025 our union HealthCare Plan became an option for airport workers, it costs $65 a month to cover yourself for medical care and vision. Are you signed up for the Union Healthcare Plan?

Our Bargaining Team is a group of workers, just like you, who are nominated to be part of the team that sits down with the company to help make the improvements that we want to see in our contract.

Our Bargaining Team will have:
- 3 positions for G2/Menzies
- 2 positions for Prospect, one PSA and one Cabin Cleaner
- 2 positions for BAGS/Metropolis
- 2 positions for Huntleigh
