TAKE A STAND FOR RELIABLE PTO & RESPECT! 

We, members of the Safety Response Team, are organizing a union so we have a real voice on the job—including access to mental health days and paid time off we can actually rely on. 
PPI management changed our Paid Time Off policy without consulting us.

Since then, the system has been chaotic and harmful: 
❌ Time off gets approved—then disappears from our paychecks  
❌ PTO balances change without explanation  
❌ Workers are asked to repay money for management’s own errors  

This is money out of our pockets for mistakes we didn’t make. 

Enough is enough. 

We demand: 
✅ A return to front-loaded PTO  
✅ A clear, fair accrual system  
✅ Full pay for all approved time off  
✅ An end to PPI clawing back wages for its own payroll mistakes  

And we demand that PPI meet with us as a union to fix these issues and honor a fair process for us to organize!
